摘要
介绍了某蒸煮机套环塑件的模具结构设计,模具为一种单腔、两板注塑模具。在模具结构中,为使模腔得到较好的充填,浇注系统使用热流道+冷流道复合流道方式对模腔进行浇注。针对塑件铰链柄两个侧面都是腰形外壁的特点,设计了一组复合型哈夫滑块机构实施侧抽芯脱模,其中的1个哈夫滑块机构设计成两次、两向、延时抽芯的滑块机构,使该侧面的脱模机构设计空间得到优化利用。针对塑件铰链柄内壁复杂结构的脱模,设计了一种斜顶+滑块复合机构,机构巧妙地利用模具开模动力驱动斜顶上层的滑块先完成抽芯,为斜顶的顶出让出空间,然后再利用推板驱动斜顶完成斜向抽芯,解决了铰链柄内壁复杂结构脱模的难题。通过机构的优化组合设计,从整体上简化和优化了模具结构,降低了模具制造成本。
The mold structure design of the plastic part of the sleeve ring of a cooking machine was introduced.The mold was a single cavity and two plate injection mold.In the mold structure,in order to get a better filling of the cavity,the gating system used a hot runner+cold runner method for gating mold cavity.In view of the characteristic that both sides of the hinge handle of the plastic part were waist-shaped outer walls,a pair of compound half slider mechanisms were designed to implement side core pulling and demolding.One of the half slider mechanisms was designed as two-times,two-directions,delayed core pulling slider mechanism,so that the design space of demoulding mechanism on this side can be optimized.Aiming at the demoulding for the complex structure of the inner wall of the hinge handle of the plastic part,a lifter+slider compound mechanism was designed.The mechanism used the mold opening to drive the upper slider of the lifter to complete the core pulling first,so as to make space for ejection of the lifter,and then the push plate was used to drive the lifter to complete the inclined core-pulling,which solved the difficult problem of demoulding the inner wall of the hinge handle.Through optimized combination design of the mechanism,the mold structure is simplified and optimized as a whole,and the mold manufacturing cost is reduced.
