双马来酰亚胺/碳纤维复合非金属油井管的性能

摘要 针对双马来酰亚胺(BMI)/碳纤维(CF)复合非金属油井管进行热学性能测试及模拟油气田深井管道服役工况环境腐蚀试验,测试了120℃腐蚀前后BMI/CF复合非金属油井管的力学性能。结果表明,BMI/CF复合非金属油井管内纤维连续,BMI与CF结合紧密。BMI/CF复合非金属油井管具有良好的热稳定性与力学性能,其径向压缩强度为137.5 MPa,轴向压缩强度可达290 MPa,200℃高温下的拉伸强度可达825 MPa。120℃模拟油气田深井管道服役工况环境下腐蚀7 d后,BMI/CF复合非金属油井管的力学性能的变化较小,拉伸强度可达663 MPa以上,冲击强度为2.18×10^(3) J/cm^(2),与未腐蚀的试样相比,分别降低了6.1%和6.4%。证明BMI/CF非金属油井管具有优异的力学性能及耐温耐腐蚀性能,可适用于油气田深井管道服役工况环境。 The thermal properties of the bismaleimide(BMI)/carbon fiber(CF)composite non-metallic oil well pipe were tested and the environmental corrosion test simulating the service condition of deep well pipeline in oil and gas field was carried out.The mechanical properties of the BMI/CF composite non-metallic oil pipe before and after corrosion at 120℃were tested.The results show that the fiber in the BMI/CF composite non-metallic oil pipe is continuous,and BMI is closely combined with CF.The BMI/CF composite non-metallic oil well pipe has good thermal stability and mechanical properties.The radial compressive strength of the BMI/CF composite non-metallic oil well pipe is 137.5 MPa,the axial compressive strength is 290 MPa and the tensile strength at 200℃can reach 825 MPa.The mechanical properties of the BMI/CF composite non-metallic oil well pipe change little after 7 d corrosion under the service condition of simulated oil and gas field deep well pipeline at 120℃,the tensile strength can reach more than 663 MPa and the impact toughness is 2.18×10^(3) J/cm^(2),reduce by 6.1%and 6.4%respectively compared with the non corroded samples.It is proved that the BMI/CF non-metallic oil pipe has excellent mechanical properties,temperature and corrosion resistance,and it can be applied to the service environment of deep well pipeline in oil and gas field.
