侧壁开窗式上颌窦底提升后不植骨的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 上颌后牙区缺牙后的种植修复,常由于上颌窦的存在、缺牙后的解剖生理性改变而采用上颌窦底提升植骨技术增加骨量来解决垂直骨高度不足的问题。但是至今仍没有明确的证据表明上颌窦底黏膜提升后是否必须植入植骨材料。近年来,许多学者发现无论是经牙槽嵴顶路径的上颌窦底提升(TAFSE)还是经侧壁开窗式上颌窦底提升(LASFE)均可采用不植骨的方式来完成,并进行后续种植修复,但其疗效仍存在争议。本文就经侧壁开窗式上颌窦底黏膜提升后不植骨的相关研究进展做如下综述。 Due to the existence of maxillary sinus,the anatomical and physiological changes after teeth missing,the maxillary sinus floor elevation bone grafting technique is often used to increase bone mass to solve the problem of insufficient vertical bone height in maxillary posterior dental implant restoration.However,there is no clear evidence concerning whether bone graft is necessary after maxillary sinus floor elevation.In recent years,many scholars have found that both TAFSE and LASFE can be performed without bone grafting and with subsequent implant restoration,but the efficacy is still controversial.In this paper,the relevant research progress of non-bone grafting after lateral approach for sinus floor elevation is reviewed as follows.
