蓝藻泥释放藻蛋白及藻渣应用于培养芽孢杆菌

摘要 本研究旨在将蓝藻泥中的蛋白释放,然后对藻渣进行资源化利用。采用高压均质机对不同的总固体含量(TS)的蓝藻泥溶液进行反复破碎处理,离心后获得富含蛋白的上清液与不溶于水的蓝藻渣。结果发现:不同TS蓝藻泥的蛋白质释放率为19.5%~23.5%,藻胆体浓度随着TS增加而增加。将分离得到的蓝藻渣与麸皮按照质量比55.5∶44.5混合后培养枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌,发酵72 h后培养物无腥臭味,粗蛋白含量提高,枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌的活菌数可分别达到3.12×10^(10)和3.69×10^(10) CFU/g。本研究提供了一种综合利用蓝藻泥的方法,制成的菌制剂又可以回用于环境治理中。 This study aims to release proteins from cyanobacterial sludge and utilize the cyanobacteria residue comprehensively.Cyanobacteria solution with different total solid(TS)contents was repeatedly treated by a high-pressure homogenizer,and the protein-rich supernatant and the water-insoluble cyanobacteria residue were obtained after centrifugation.Results show that for different total solid cyanobacterial sludge,the protein release rate was between 19.5%and 23.5%,and the phycobilisome concentration increased with TS.The isolated cyanobacteria residue was mixed with wheat bran at a mass ratio of 55.5∶44.5 to cultivate Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis.After 72 h of fermentation,the culture had no odor and the crude protein content increased.The viable counts of B.subtilis and B.licheniformis could reach 3.12×10^(10) and 3.69×10^(10) CFU/g,respectively.This study provides a method for comprehensive utilization of cyanobacterial sludge,and the prepared bacterial preparation can be used in environmental management.
