摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者糖脂代谢指标与血清脂联素(APN)和血清胎球蛋白A(AHSG)之间的相关性。方法纳入2019年6月至2020年12月在本院接受产检并进行分娩的孕妇,其中GDM孕妇和健康孕妇各40例。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清APN和AHSG水平;全自动生化分析仪检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高/低密度脂蛋白比值(HDL/LDL),亲和色谱法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,比较分析两组孕妇血清APN、AHSG和糖脂代谢指标。结果GDM组孕妇血清APN水平显著低于健康孕妇,而血清AHSG则显著高于健康孕妇;GDM组孕妇FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG均高于健康孕妇,而HDL/LDL低于健康孕妇,以上差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清AHSG与FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG呈正相关,与HDL/LDL呈负相关;血清APN与FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG呈负相关,与HDL/LDL呈正相关。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者血清APN水平显著降低,与糖脂代谢指标呈负相关,而血清AHSG水平显著升高,与糖脂代谢指标呈正相关,临床上可以将这两个指标作为监测妊娠期糖尿病的生化指标。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum adiponectin(APN)and serum fetuin A(AHSG)and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods:Enrolled pregnant women who underwent a maternity check-up and gave birth in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020,including 40 cases of GDM pregnant women and 40 healthy pregnant women.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)detects serum APN and AHSG levels;automatic biochemical analyzer detects total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high/low density lipoprotein(HDL/LDL),and affinity chromatography.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)were determined,and the serum APN,AHSG and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups of pregnant women were compared and analyzed.Results:The serum APN level of pregnant women in the GDM group was significantly lower than that of healthy pregnant women,while serum AHSG was significantly higher than that of healthy pregnant women;FPG,HbA1c,TC,and TG of pregnant women in GDM group were significantly higher than healthy pregnant women,and HDL/LDL was significantly lower than healthy pregnant women;AHSG was significantly positively correlated with HbA1c,TC,and TG,and negatively correlated with HDL/LDL;serum APN was significantly negatively correlated with HbA1c,TC,and TG,and positively correlated with HDL/LDL.Conclusion:The serum APN level of patients with gestational diabetes is significantly reduced,which is negatively correlated with glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,while the serum AHSG level is significantly increased,and is positively correlated with glucose and lipid metabolism indicators.These two indicators can be used clinically to monitor gestational diabetes as biochemical indicators.
