摘要
目的探讨阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗宫颈癌前病变的有效性。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月在本院进行宫颈癌前病变治疗的104例患者,术前通过细胞学检查,TCT筛查及阴道镜下活检基本明确病变程度,将其纳入本次的研究范围之中,并按照入院的时间顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例患者,其中对照组患者实施宫颈激光烧灼法治疗,观察组患者则以阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效性96.15%明显优于对照组的80.76%(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的手术时间(20.38±3.69)min、术中出血量(15.77±2.41)mL和术后阴道出血时间(8.19±1.08)d均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于宫颈癌前病变的治疗,两种治疗方式相比,采取阴道镜联合LEEP术效果更佳,能够提升临床治疗的有效性,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:The selection period was between June 2016 and June 2019.104 patients who were treated for cervical precancerous lesions in our hospital were basically determined by cytological examination,TCT screening and colposcopy biopsy before surgery,included it in the scope of this study,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the time sequence of admission,each group of 52 patients,of which the control group received cervical laser cautery treatment,and the observation group received colposcopy combined with LEEP surgery to compare the effects of the two groups of patients.Results:96.15%of the observation group was significantly better than the control group 80.76%(P<0.05);at the same time,the observation group’s operation time was(20.38±3.69)min,intraoperative blood loss was(15.77±2.41)mL and the postoperative vaginal bleeding time was(8.19±1.08)d,which were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions,compared with the two treatment methods,colposcopy combined with LEEP is a better treatment method,which can improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment and is worthy of application.
