心理护理干预对人工流产患者身心健康的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on physical and mental health of patients with artificial abortion

目的分析在人工流产患者中应用心理护理干预对身心健康的影响。方法将2019年2月至2020年1月在本院接受人工流产的86例患者纳入研究,并随机设为两个组别,给予对照组(43例)常规护理,给予研究组(43例)心理护理干预。观察两组患者护理前后心理状态;调查疼痛程度和护理满意度。结果研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛率明显低于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对比两组患者护理总满意率,研究组明显更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预应用于人工流产患者中,可有效排除焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解躯体疼痛,满意度较高,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on physical and mental health of patients with artificial abortion.Methods:86 patients with artificial abortion in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(43 cases)was given routine nursing care,and the study group(43 cases)was given psychological nursing intervention.The psychological status of the two groups before and after nursing was observed;the degree of pain and nursing satisfaction were investigated.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the total satisfaction rate of two groups of patients,the study group was significantly higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention in patients with artificial abortion can effectively eliminate anxiety,depression,relieve physical pain,high satisfaction,worthy of application.
