摘要
目的探讨微信公众平台阶段性健康教育在耳鼻喉科患者护理中的应用效果。方法研究人员按照研究中的入组以及排除标准,选择2018年7月至2019年7月入院治疗的耳鼻喉科患者,患者自愿参与,研究人员采取随机入组分配的方式,将60例患者分为两组,研究组30例,对照组30例,两组患者接受不同的护理方法,对照组接受常规护理,研究组患者则接受微信公众平台阶段性健康教育,对比其观察指标即健康相关知识掌握程度。结果研究组患者对疾病相关知识、原发疾病控制、心理调节控制、饮食注意事项的掌握程度显著高于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比,表明本次研究具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉科患者护理中采取微信公众平台阶段性健康教育,能够提升患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,研究结果证实其值得在临床上进行应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of staged health education on WeChat public platform in the care of patients in the department of otolaryngology.Methods:According to the enrollment and exclusion criteria in the study,the researchers selected patients admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.All patients were ENT patients.The patients participated voluntarily.The researchers adopted a randomized method of enrollment and allocation.The 60 patients were divided into two groups,30 in the study group and 30 in the control group.The two groups of patients received different nursing methods.The control group received routine care,while the study group received periodic health education on the WeChat public platform.Observation index:the degree of mastery of health-related knowledge.Results:The control of disease-related knowledge,primary disease control,psychological adjustment control,and dietary precautions were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group.The comparison of the data between the two groups showed that the study was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of staged health education on the WeChat public platform in the care of ENT patients can improve the patient's grasp of disease-related knowledge.The results of this study confirm that it is worthy of clinical application.
