Development and Considerations of Wetland Conservation Strategy in Shanghai

《上海市2035城市总体规划》提出建设“生态之城”的目标。文章通过总结国内外湿地保护战略措施的成功经验,依据上海市城市发展定位、现存问题和湿地保护战略目标,提出确保湿地总量动态平衡、建立湿地长效保护机制、加速推进长三角湿地保护一体化、打造全球湿地保护技术创新高地和全面创建国际湿地城市等湿地保护战略措施,为上海市湿地资源保护、湿地质量提升、湿地管护机制健全、城市与湿地保护融合发展奠定基础。

According to the goal of building an"ecological city"proposed in the Shanghai Urban Master Plan 2035,this paper summarizes the successful experiences of domestic and foreign strategic measures of wetland conservation,coupled with the development roles and existing problems,the strategic goal of wetland conservation is determined.It is proposed to ensure the dynamic balance of total wetlands,establish a long-term wetland conservation mechanism,accelerate the integration of wetland conservation in the Yangtze River Delta,create a global technological innovation hub and comprehensively establish an international wetland city.It lays a good foundation for Shanghai to protect wetland resources,improve wetland quality,perfect the sound management and protection mechanism,and integrate urban development and wetland conservation.
