《黄帝内经》比喻修辞英译研究

A Study on the English Translation of Metaphor Rhetoric in Huangdi Neijing

对《黄帝内经》中比喻修辞的分类进行研究并总结其翻译方法,指出《黄帝内经》中比喻修辞的英译以直译法为主,意译法、转化法及音译法为辅,并且英译时对修辞格中出现的文化负载词进行文内加注或文末注释,因此,采用多种方法结合的手段可以较好地传达原文的修辞,准确传达原文内涵。

This paper conducted a research on the category of metaphors appeared in Huangdi Neijing and summarized the translation strategies which mainly employ literal translation plus free translation,conversion and transliteration,as for the culture-loaded words in the metaphor,the translator added notes in the text or after text to provide profound information for the reader.To conclude,the combination of multiple methods is a desirable choice for the translation of metaphor in the classic to better convey the original text.
