摘要
随着城市地下空间的广泛开发利用,地下室上浮、渗漏等问题频频出现,大多数原因是地下水位受到诸如降雨、河流水位等的影响在短时间内明显升高,从而造成地下室的局部甚至整体的抗浮失效。泄压井、限压阀组合限压排水方法是一种地下室被动抗浮的新方法,为更好地应用这种新方法,本文根据某住宅小区项目监测数据以及限压井工作情况,建立了地下水渗流数值模型并进行了计算分析,研究了不同降雨量时限压井排水工作情况以及地下室底板泄压幅度的规律,并给出了该工程排水总量与水位上升幅度的拟合公式。研究结果为指导类似工程的限压井设计提供了一定的思路以及数据参考。
With the extensive development of urban underground space,problems such as basement floating and leakage occur frequently.The groundwater level usually increases significantly in a short time affected by rainfall and river water level,which might cause local and overall floating failure of the basement.The combination of pressure relief well and pressure limiting valve is a new passive anti floating method for basement.In order to apply the method preferably,a groundwater seepage numerical model is established based on the monitor data of a residential district and the working condition of the pressure limiting well.The working condition of the pressure limiting well and the law of pressure relief amplitude under different rainfall conditions are studied.The fitting formula between the total amount of water displacement and the rising amplitude of water level is given.The research result provides method and data reference for the design of the pressure limiting well in similar projects.
