摘要
车门焊接工艺影响到整车的装配和质量。文章根据车门覆盖件焊装工艺的实际流程,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件开展了某款汽车车门焊接过程中的热-结构耦合有限元分析,讨论了模型变形场和残余应力场空间分布和时间变化情况。在此基础上,通过改变激光热源的输出半径和输出能量,对比分析参数的改变对焊装质量的影响规律,得到车门焊接形变量随热源输出半径的减小、输入能量的增加而增加的结论。
The door welding process affects the assembly and quality of the whole vehicle.In this paper,the thermal structure coupling finite element analysis of a door welding process was carried out with ANSYS Workbench software according to the actual process of the door panel welding process,and the spatial distribution and variation of the deformation field and residual stress field were discussed.On this basis,the influence of the parameter change on the welding process was analyzed by changing the output radius and output energy of the laser heat source,and it concluded that the welding deformation of the door increased with the decrease of the output radius and the increase of the input energy of the heat source.
