聚对二氧环己酮绝对分子量及分子量分布的测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了建立聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)绝对分子量及分子量分布的测试方法,用1∶1体积比的苯酚和四氯乙烷溶液溶解PPDO,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(示差折光检测器、光散射检测器),检测所述样品溶液中PPDO的绝对分子量及分子量分布。色谱柱填充材料为改良的多孔苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物,三氯甲烷流动相,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)标准品,流速0.7 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,进样量100μL。结果表明:该方法适用于聚对二氧环己酮PPDO绝对分子量及分子量分布的检测,样品制备简便,检测速度快,方法重复性强,耐用性好。 In order to established A method for determination of absolute molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of poly(p-dioxanone)(PPDO),PPDO was dissolved in 1∶1 volume ratio phenol and tetrachloroethane solution.Gel permeation chromatograph in conjunction with refractive index detector and light scattering detector was used to detect the absolute molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PPDO in the sample solution.The chromatographic column was filled with modified porous styrene divinylbenzene copolymer,mobile phase was chloroform and standard of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA).The flow rate was 0.7 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 100μL.The results showed that the method was suitable for the determination of absolute molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PPDO.The sample preparation was simple,the detection speed was fast,and the method was reproducible and durable.
