摘要
当前工业中广泛使用氢氟酸来纯化石墨,然而为了保证纯化质量必须频繁更换废酸,产生了大量的石墨废酸。着眼于石墨废酸的回收利用,通过采用扩散渗析技术对废酸进行处理。在优化的实验条件下,游离酸回收率可达75%,杂质截留率近80%,而Si离子由于配位成SiF_(6)^(2-)阴离子形式从而使其截留率下降至约50%,整体过程能实现初步的酸回收效果。
Hydrofluoric acid is widely used in the industry to purify graphite at present.However,in order to ensure the purification quality,the waste acid must be replaced frequently,resulting in a large amount of graphite waste acid.In this paper,the recovery and utilization of graphite waste acid were discussed.The waste acid was treated by diffusion dialysis.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the recovery rate of free acid reached 75%,and the rejection rate of impurity was nearly 80%.However,the rejection rate of Si ions decreased to about 50%due to the coordination form of SiF_(6)^(2-)anion.This process achieved good effect of acid recovery.
