武城县河湖长制工作的实践与思考

Practice and Thought on River and Lake Chief System in Wucheng County

河湖长制是我国新时期治水思路下的重要制度创新,是落实绿色发展理念、维护河湖生态健康的有效举措,是各级党委和政府高度关注的重点改革事项。通过回顾梳理了武城县自2017年全面推行河湖长制工作以来的实践情况,针对存在的问题,提出了进一步完善武城县河湖长制工作的建议,旨在为今后的河湖长制工作提供一定的参考,早日实现"河畅、水清、岸绿、景美"的总目标。

The river and lake chief system is an important system innovation in the new era of water control in China. It is an effective measure to implement the concept of green development and maintain the ecological health of rivers and lakes,and a key reform issue highly concerned by Party committees and governments at all levels. This paper reviews and combs the practical situation of Wucheng County since the comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system in 2017. In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the work of river and lake chief system in Wucheng county,in order to provide references for the future work of river and lake chief system and to achieve the overall goal of"river free,water clear,green shore,beautiful scenery"as soon as possible.
