网络和4G等信息化技术,在即将过去的“十三五”期间在一定程度上已经改变了现代职业教育生态。未来“十四五”期间5G+高速互联网,尤其是5G超高速率、超低时延、超密连接的特点,为破除不同社会子系统之间的障碍提供了技术可能,即将开启“万物互联”的大门,同时必将重构职业教育的内部和外部生态。“5G+互联网”必将对职业院校在办学模式、人才培养模式、专业(群)建设、职业教育课程、教学和教材形态、师资队伍等方面产生重大且深远影响。国家双高职业院校、国家示范校、骨干校必将凭借其雄厚的办学基础和资金加快发展,从而拉大与三线城市以下地方职业院校之间差距。就办学基础薄弱资金不足的地方性职业院校如何面对“5G+互联网”带来的职业教育变革,提出应对与思考。

Information technology such as the internet and 4G has changed the modern vocational education ecology to a certain extent during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.In the next fourteenth five-year period,5G+high-speed Internet,especially the characteristics of 5G ultra-high speed,ultra-low latency,and ultra-dense connection,provide technical possibilities for breaking the barriers between different social subsystems,and will soon open the door to“Internet of Everything”.At the same time,it will reconstruct the internal and external ecology of vocational education.“5G+Internet”will definitely have a significant and far-reaching impact on vocational colleges in terms of school-running mode,talent training mode,professional(group)construction,vocational education courses,teaching and textbook forms,and teaching staff.National“Double-high”vocational colleges,national demonstration schools,and backbone schools will surely accelerate their development with their solid school foundation and funding,thereby widening the gap between local vocational colleges below third-tier cities.How local vocational colleges with weak school foundation and insufficient funds face the vocational education reform brought by“5G+Internet”,this article will give the response and thinking.
