当今大学生网络成瘾已成为社会关注的焦点问题。通过阐明大学生网络成瘾的主要症状,深入分析存在主义疗法应用于大学生网络成瘾团体干预的优势,总结提炼出存在主义团体干预治疗因子、治疗过程、干预技术等三大要素,试图构建大学生网络成瘾存在主义团体干预模式的基本理论,以求全面探讨其模式具有一定的应用性和可复制性,确实是值得推行的干预方法之一。

Nowadays,college students'internet addiction has become a focus of social attention.By clarifying the main symptoms of college students'internet addiction,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages of applying existential therapy to group interventions for college students'internet addiction,summarizing and distilling the three elements of existential group intervention treatment factors,treatment processes,and intervention techniques,in an attempt to build the basic theory of the group intervention model of addiction existentialism in order to comprehensively explore its applicability and reproducibility,which is indeed one of the intervention methods worthy of implementation.
