摘要
劳动教育背景下的高校思政教育主要问题包括:劳动教育在思政课程设置中被边缘化;在辅导员日常事务管理中被忽视,在思想政治教育实践过程中缺位等。高校有必要构建劳动教育思政课程教学体系,夯实劳动教育辅导员日常事务管理载体,并形成劳动教育思想政治教育实践活动常态化,以改进不足,促进高校人才培养质量提升。
The main problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of labor education include:labor education is marginalized in the ideological and political curriculum;it is neglected in the daily affairs management of counselors;and is absent from the practice of ideological and political education.It is necessary for colleges and universities to build a labor education ideological and political curriculum teaching system,to consolidate the daily affairs management carrier of labor education counselors,and to form the normalization of labor education ideological and political education practice activities in an attempt to solve the existing problems and improve the quality of university personnel training.
