千年古县怀安有着“塞上棋乡”的美称,其围棋事业的兴起与发展离不开“怀安围棋之父”——竹可羽的辛勤耕耘。在竹可羽以及怀安人民的不懈努力下,怀安围棋事业从一无所有到名扬全国,取得了无数辉煌的成绩。针对发展过程中遭遇的瓶颈,县政府积极采取文化塑造与经济互促相结合、劝说与教育相结合的方式来逐渐打破经济、观念等因素的制约,从而使得怀安围棋事业不断突破束缚,逐渐走向美好的未来。

Huai'an,a thousand year old county,is known as“the hometown of Saishang chess”.The rise and development of its go career cannot be separated from the hard work of Zhu Keyu,the“Father of Huai'an Go”.With the unremitting efforts of Zhu Keyu and the people of Huai’an,Huai’an Go(Weiqi in Pinyin)has become famous all over the country and has made numerous brilliant achievements.In view of the bottleneck encountered in the development process,the county government actively adopts the combination of cultural shaping and economic mutual promotion,persuasion and education to gradually break the constraints of economy,concept and other factors,so as to make Huai'an go career break through the shackles and gradually move towards a better future.
