全面发展视域下高校学生劳动教育途径研究

Research on the Ways of College Students’Labor EducationFrom the Perspective of Comprehensive Development

劳动教育是落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要抓手,也是构建“五育并举”学生发展体系不可或缺的一环。高校责无旁贷地成为劳动教育的主体,但由于存在着教育观念偏差、课程设计缺失、活动载体匮乏等原因,导致劳动教育成效甚微。因此,高校要加强劳动教育体系建设,积极营造劳动育人的校园文化氛围,构建协同育人机制促进大学生全面发展。

Labor education is not only an important starting point for the implementation of the fundamental task of“developing morality and cultivating people”,but also an indispensable link in the construction of the“five educations”student development system.Colleges and universities are duty bound to become the main body of labor education,but due to the deviation of educational concept,the lack of curriculum design and the lack of activity carrier,the effect of labor education is very little.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of labor education system,actively create a campus cultural atmosphere of labor education,build a collaborative education mechanism,and promote the all-round development of college students.
