新文科建设视域下社会工作专业人才培养路径的构建

The Construction of the Training Path for Social Work Professionals from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts Construction

新文科建设是新时代背景下文科教育转型升级的必由之路,其重要任务是构建世界水平、中国特色的文科人才培养体系。基于新文科建设视域,我国社会工作专业人才培养面临人才培养动力不足、高校专业设置动力不足以及专业培养目标与教学体系失配等方面问题。需要从以下三方面构建社会工作专业人才培养路径:一是激活与融合多元主体培养活力;二是构建良好的学校管理环境与社会工作学科发展模式;三是构建体验式教学体系,有机统一教学过程与培养目标。

The construction of new liberal arts is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of liberal arts education under the background of the new era.Its important task is to build a liberal arts talent training system with world-class and Chinese characteristics.Based on the perspective of the new liberal arts construction,the training of social work professionals in China is faced with many problems,such as the lack of motivation for talent training,the lack of motivation for major setting in colleges and universities,and the mismatch between major training objectives and teaching system.We need to construct the training path of social work professionals from three aspects:first,activate and integrate the training vitality of multiple subjects;Second,build a good school management environment and social work discipline development model;Third,build an experiential teaching system to organically unify the teaching process and training objectives.
