未曾断裂过的5000多年的中华文明,塑造了古代中国和现当代中国的精神气质,滋养出来的多元一体国家格局和国家治理效能,在当今世界上是独一无二的,彰显了中国独具一格的文明神韵和文明格局。"大一统"思想奠立了统一的多民族国家的基础,国民是构成现代民族国家的基本要素,多元一体是当下民族关系的主要表现形式,生存权和发展权是中华民族共同体的基石。中华民族共同体意识觉醒是时代发展的产物,中华民族共同体意识经历自在、自觉和自为三个阶段,共同体是开启现代化国家建设新征程的根脉,中华民族伟大复兴是共同体建设的目标指引。新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识要以民族团结进步为根本,以"五个认同"为核心,以话语体系建设为抓手,要从中小学素质教育抓起。

The unbroken more than 5,000-year Chinese civilization has shaped the spirit of both ancient and modern China,nurtured the unique national pattern of diversity in unity and the effectiveness of state governance,and demonstrated the unique charm and pattern of China’s civilization.The idea of"Great Unification"lays the foundation for a unified multi-ethnic state.Nationals are the basic elements to constitute a modern nation-state.Diversity in unity is the main manifestation of current ethnic relations.The right to subsistence and development is the cornerstone of the Community for the Chinese Nation.The awakening of the sense of Community for the Chinese nation is the product of the development of the times.The sense of the community for the Chinese nation has experienced three stages:actual existence,cognitive existence and active facilitation of existence.The Chinese national community is the root to embark on the new journey toward building a modern country.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the goal guidance for the construction of the Chinese national community.By taking national unity and progress as the foundation,"five identities"as the core,the construction of discourse system as the starting point,and the quality-oriented education of primary and secondary schools as the focus,the sense of community for the Chinese nation can be forged in the new era.
