摘要
气盒子作为高压空气进入双壁钻具的进气装置,是双壁钻具的重要组成部件。但由于原有气盒子存在密封件易磨损、主轴使用寿命短的缺点,使其一度成为制约多工艺空气反循环钻进用双壁钻具推广的瓶颈。本文介绍了新型气盒子通过设计新型结构的气室密封,设计组合密封圈,实现了良好的动密封,且降低了摩擦阻力;通过在主轴上设置可换耐磨套,解决了气盒子主轴直接与密封圈接触导致的主轴磨损问题,延长了气盒子的使用寿命。新型气盒子现场应用反馈良好,整体密封性好,既减少了维修时间也节约了成本,得到了客户认可。
Air box is an important component of double wall drilling tool as the air intake device of high pressure air into the double wall drilling tool. However, due to the defects of the original air box, such as easy wear of seals and short service life of main shaft, it once became a bottleneck restricting the promotion of double wall drilling tool for multi process air reverse circulation drilling. This paper introduces a new type of air box in detail. By designing a new structure of air chamber seal and a combined seal ring, it achieves a good dynamic seal in use with small friction resistance. By setting a replaceable wear-resistant sleeve on the spindle, it solves the problem that the spindle of the air box directly contacts with the seal ring which is easy to cause the spindle to be scrapped due to the wear of the spindle, and extends the service life of the air box. The new gas box has good feedback effect and good overall sealing, which not only reduces the maintenance time, but also saves the cost and is recognized by customers.
