摘要
文章在对河北省农业绿色发展现状、问题及需求调研的基础上,全面总结了河北省在生态节水农业、耕地质量提升、化肥农药减量、生态环境改善等方面取得的进展,分析了河北省在耕地资源和水资源短缺、农产品质量安全、生态环境脆弱性等方面存在的问题,并从规划体系、制度保障、科技支撑、资金支持等方面提出了促进农业绿色发展的对策。
Based on the investigation of the current situation,problems and needs of agricultural green development in Hebei Province,the progress made in ecological water-saving agriculture,improvement of cultivated land quality,reduction of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and improvement of ecological environment in Hebei Province were comprehensively summarized in the paper.At the same time,problems were analyzed,such as shortage of cultivated land resources,water resources,quality and safety of agricultural products,fragility of ecological environment.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen agricultural green development were put forward from the aspects of planning system,system guarantee,scientific and technological support and financial support.
