地市级农业科研院所茶学学科建设探讨——以信阳市农业科学院为例

Discussions on the Construction of Tea Science Discipline in Prefecture Level Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

学科是科研院所发展的基本单元,决定科研院所研究方向、战略布局、发展前景,而优势学科在整个院所建设和发展中发挥重要作用。文章以信阳市农业科学院为例,对其优势学科之一的茶学学科进行了探讨,从研究方向、平台及条件建设、人才队伍建设等方面阐述了地市级科研院所茶学学科建设现状,提出了明方向、创体系,补短板、育人才,抓管理、谋新局等学科发展策略,并总结研究所是学科发展的基本平台,建议从资源、基地、人才等方面加强研究所建设,进而促进学科高效发展。

Discipline is the basic unit of the development of scientific research institutes,which determines the research direction,strategic layout and development prospects of scientific research institutes,and the dominant disciplines play an important role in the construction and development of the whole institute.Taking Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,through the discussion of tea discipline,one of its advantageous disciplines,the current situation of tea discipline construction in prefecture and municipal scientific research institutes was expounded in the paper from the aspects of research direction,platform and condition construction and talent team construction.Some discipline development strategies were put forward,such as opening up the direction and creating a system,making up weaknesses and educating talents,grasping management and seeking new situation.As the fundamental platform,the construction of research institute should be strengthened from the resources,bases,talent and other aspects,so as to promote the efficient development of the discipline.
