农业科研单位理论宣讲路径探究——以江苏省农业科学院为例

A Probe into Paths of the Theoretical Preaching of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

农业科研单位理论宣讲工作对于加强党的建设和现代院所建设具有重要作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院“先锋”党建讲师团为例,立足农业科研单位实际,阐述了理论宣讲的重要意义,从讲师团队伍建设、宣讲主题选择、精品课程打造和长效发展机制构建等方面阐述了理论宣讲现状,提出了继续加强“先锋”党建讲师团队伍建设、不断优化“先锋”党建讲师团课程设置、打造“先锋”党建讲师团宣讲品牌等进一步优化深化理论宣讲工作的路径。

The theoretical preaching of agricultural scientific research institutes plays an important role in strengthening the Party Construction and the modern institutes construction.Taking the"Pioneer"lecturers'group of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,and basing on the actual situation of agricultural scientific research institutes,the significance of theoretical preaching was expounded in the paper.Current situation of the preaching was summarized from the construction of lecturers'team,theme selection,curriculum building and long-term mechanism construction.Then an effective path of optimizing and deepening the theoretical preaching of agricultural scientific research institutes was put forward,such as strengthening construction of teachers team,optimum the curriculum,and creating a famous brand of preaching.
