Pr对20MnSi力学性能的影响

摘要 利用高频感应熔炼炉在1800 K条件下,制备了20MnSi-xPr(x=0、0.03、0.06、0.09、0.12)。利用金相显微镜、万能试验机和里氏硬度计研究了Pr对20MnSi微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Pr元素的加入,20MnSi的微观组织得到明显细化;随着Pr加入量的提高,20MnSi的微观组织呈现先细化后粗化趋势;当Pr质量分数达到0.09%时,晶粒尺寸最小;随着Pr加入量的增大,20MnSi抗拉强度先升高后降低;当Pr的添加量为0.09%时,20MnSi的抗拉强度达到最大值为529 MPa;随着Pr加入量的增大,20MnSi硬度逐渐增大;当Pr加入量为0.12%时,20MnSi硬度达到最大为433。 At 1800 K,20 MnSi-xPr(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)was prepared by using a high frequency induction melting furnace.The influence of Pr on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20 MnSi was studied with metallographic microscope,universal testing machine and Leeb hardness tester.The research results show that with the addition of Pr,the microstructure of 20 MnSi is significantly refined;with the increase of Pr addition,the microstructure of 20 MnSi is refined first and then coarsened;when the Pr content reaches 0.09%,the grain size is the smallest;with the increase of the addition of Pr,the tensile strength of 20 MnSi increases firstly and then decrease;when the amount of added Pr is 0.09%,the tensile strength of 20 MnSi reaches the maximum value of 529 MPa;with the increase of Pr addition,the hardness of 20 MnSi gradually increases;when the addition of Pr is 0.12%,the hardness of 20 MnSi reaches the maximum of 433.
