摘要
通过直接进样气相色谱法,建立了对硝呋太尔合成工艺中三种残留溶剂测定的方法。采用DB-624B毛细管色谱柱进行检测,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,外标法来定量,测定了硝呋太尔中残留的甲醇、乙醇、冰醋酸。三种溶剂在所考察的线性范围内线性关系良好,线性回归系数r均达到0.9999,精密度和回收率良好。该方法适用于检测硝呋太尔中三种残留溶剂。
Through direct injection of gas chromatography,a method for the determination of three residual solvents in the synthesis process of nifuratel was established.The Agilent DB-624 B capillary chromatographic column was used for detection,and the detector was a hydrogen flame ionization detector.The external standard method was used to quantify the residual methanol,ethanol and glacial acetic acid in nifuratel.The three solvents had a good linear relationship within the investigated linear range,the linear regression coefficient r all reaches 0.9999,and the precision and recovery rate are good.The method is feasible for the detection of three residual solvents in nifuratel.
