为了优化《美国药典》第43版中醋酸钙含量的测定方法,将指示剂0.3 g改为指示液5滴,在试样中加入20%三乙醇胺溶液2 m L,控制试样pH在12~13范围内,测定结果绝对偏差在0.2%以内。这种方法准确度较高,且重复性好,适合推广。

To optimize the determination method of calcium acetate in USP 43 rd edition,the indicator was changed from 0.3 g to 5 drops,2 m L of 20%triethanolamine solution was added to the sample,and the pH of the sample was controlled in the range of 12-13.The absolute deviation was within 0.2%.Therefore the method has high accuracy and good repeatability,which is suitable for promotion.
