氢氧化钠熔融后钼锑抗分光光度法检测市政污泥中的总磷

Determination of Total Phosphorus in Municipal Sludge by Molybdenum-antimony Anti-spectrophotometric Method after Sodium Hydroxide Melt

污泥中的总磷是污泥检测的重要指标之一。准确、快速、有效地检测污泥中的总磷具有重要意义。用氢氧化钠熔融后钼锑抗分光光度法对污泥中的总磷进行测定,工作曲线的相关系数为0.9999,方法的精密度RSD≤0.5%,方法加标回收率为94.0%~105%,污泥消解液测定下限为0.014 mg/L。对重庆市多个污水厂脱水车间采集的脱水污泥中总磷进行检测,结果为11.7~15.9 g/kg。

The total phosphorus was an important testing index for the analysis of the municipal sludge,and an accurate,quick and reliable determination method for the total phosphorus in municipal sludge was necessary.The research detected the total phosphorus in municipal sludge using the molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometric method after sodium hydroxide melt.The correlation coefficients of the working curves were 0.9999,the RSD of the accuracy for the method was≤0.5%,the recovery rates of the method were 94.0%~105%,and the detection limit of the liquid from sludge digestion was 0.014 mg/L.The method was applied for the determination of the total phosphorus in municipal sludge from several waste water treatment plants in Chognqing city,and the results were 11.7~15.9 g/kg.
