高压蒸汽减温减压站管道泄漏原因及处理

Causes and Treatment of Pipeline Leakage in High Pressure Steam Desuperheating and Decompression Station

摘要 针对高压蒸汽减温减压站管道泄漏原因进行了分析,指出引起该问题的主要原因为:偏心异径管小端面环焊缝轴向应力较大、交变应力导致的焊缝疲劳失效、壁厚偏差引起的应力集中、管系柔性不足等,并给出了解决措施。 This paper analyzes the causes of pipeline leakage in high-pressure steam desuperheating and decompression station,and points out that the main causes of the problem are large axial stress at the circumferential weld of small end face of eccentric reducer,fatigue failure of weld caused by alternating stress,stress concentration caused by wall thickness deviation,and insufficient flexibility of pipe system.This paper also gives the solutions.
