利用合成氨系统的变换气做原料气,提取CO_(2)进行纯化,最终得到食品级CO_(2)产品。此生产工艺存在干燥不好、水分超标、提纯堵管、无法正常生产等问题,通过分析问题,改变干燥介质、原料气和工艺流程的创新技改,解决了原料气干燥、气浓和不连续供给等制约生产的问题。

Using the shift gas of synthetic ammonia system as feed gas,CO_(2)is extracted and purified,and finally food grade CO_(2)products are obtained;There are many problems in this production process.By analyzing the problems,innovating technical transformation,optimizing the production process,the problems restricting production can be solved.
