摘要
水平井中混合流体的流型复杂多变,传统居中测量的生产测井技术不能够满足当前水平井的生产需要。使用阵列电阻持率计RAT在多相流模拟实验室进行了水平井100 m^(3)/d油水两相流体、不同含水率的物理实验。利用插值算法对RAT数据进行井筒流体分布重构,通过与实验照片对比,线性插值重构流型与实验保持一致,且液面高度误差小于5%,可更为直观地了解油水相态分布情况和准确计算持水率数值奠定了基础。
The flow pattern of the mixed fluid in horizontal Wells is complex and changeable,so the traditional production logging technology based on the center measurement can not meet the production needs of horizontal Wells.In this paper,a physical experiment of 100 m^(3)/d oil-water two-phase fluid with different water content in a horizontal well is carried out by using array capacitance holdup meter RAT in a multiphase flow simulation laboratory.The RAT data were reconstructed by interpolation algorithm.By comparing with the experimental photos,the flow pattern reconstructed by linear interpolation was consistent with the experiment,and the error of liquid level height was less than 5%,which could more intuitively understand the oil-water phase distribution and lay a foundation for the accurate calculation of water holdup value.
