新工科背景下,光伏工程人才培养引入创客教育与竞赛文化的探索

摘要 在国家发展新工科时代背景下,光伏工程作为新能源专业方向之一,涵盖材料、电池、发电系统、风光LED系统等国家战略新兴领域。而应用型高校在新兴产业人才培养过程中,将创客教育的理念和竞赛文化氛围融合到传统的实践教育教学中,根据不同层次的学生,采用不同方式来提高学生学习的积极性、创造性,提升教学水平与人才培养质量。 As one of the national key development directions,Photovoltaic engineering includes many national strategic fields such as materials,batteries,power generation systems,landscape LED systems and so on.To adopt this new situation and enhance talents cultivating quality,photovoltaic engineering needs to introducing Maker education and competition culture into its personnel training processing and form a new teaching idea.According this teaching philosophy and individual difference of students,different ways were adopted to im-prove the enthusiasm and creativity of students’during their practice ability training.The outcome and the practice of student cultivation proved the proposal was feasible.
