nm23-H1与整合素α3、β1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of nm23-H1,integrinα3 andβ1 in endometriosis

目的:探讨nm23-H1与整合素α3、β1在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集35例正常子宫内膜组织和32例EMS患者的异位子宫内膜组织。采用qRT-PCR技术检测nm23-H1与整合素α3、β1的mRNA表达水平;同时采用Western blot技术检测nm23-H1与整合素α3、β1的蛋白表达水平。结果:与正常子宫内膜组织相比,异位子宫内膜组织中nm23-H1的mRNA及蛋白表达水平均下调(P<0.05),整合素β1的mRNA及蛋白表达水平均上调(P<0.05);而两组整合素α3的mRNA及蛋白表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:nm23-H1与整合素β1可能与EMS的发生、发展具有一定的相关性。

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nm23-H1,integrin alpha 3(α3)and beta 1(β1)in endometriosis.Methods:Normal endometrial tissues and ectopic endometrial tissues were obtained in 35 and 32 cases,respectively.qRT-PCR was performed to measure the mRNA expression of nm23-H1,integrinα3 andβ1,and Western blot assay was used to determine the protein level of nm23-H1,integrinα3 andβ1.Results:Compared with normal endometrial tissues,mRNA and protein levels of nm23-H1 were down-regulated,whereas the mRNA and protein levels of integrinβ1 were up-regulated in ectopic endometrial tissues(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein level of integrinα3 remained unchanged in either normal of ectopical endometrial tissues(P>0.05).Conclusion:nm23-H1 and integrinβ1 may be certain role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
