Effect of Ski Industry Development on Rural Revitalization

基于我国28个省(自治区、直辖市)2015—2019年面板数据,探究滑雪产业发展对乡村振兴的影响。在充分考虑结论稳健性的前提下,实证结果表明:1)静态和动态的分析视角均表明我国滑雪产业发展能够显著促进乡村振兴;2)从区域异质性角度来看,各区域滑雪产业发展对乡村振兴的促进效果由强到弱依次为东北、华北、西北、华东、中南和西南地区;3)在进一步的门槛效应分析中,滑雪产业发展水平对东北、华北、华东、中南地区乡村振兴存在显著的非线性关系,并形成一定的门槛效应。具体来看,滑雪产业发展门槛值由低到高依次为中南、华东、华北和东北;东北和中南地区呈现逐渐增强和U型的双重门槛效应;华北和华东地区呈现U型的单一门槛效应。基于上述结论,本文从深化滑雪产业发展、促进区域协调发展及动态调整发展进程等方面提出相应建议。

Based on the panel data from 2015 to 2019 among 28 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in China, the effect of ski industry development on rural revitalization was explored.Under the premise of fully considering the robustness of the conclusion, the empirical results show that: 1) Both static and dynamic analysis perspectives show that ski industry development can significantly promote the development of rural revitalization in China.2) From the perspective of regional heterogeneity, the promotion effect of ski industry development on rural revitalization is in the order of Northeast, North, Northwest, East, Central South and Southwest of China from strong to weak.3) In the further analysis of the threshold effect, the development level of ski industry has a significant non-linear relationship with the rural revitalization in Northeast, North, East, and Central South of China, and forms a certain threshold effect.Specifically, the threshold for ski industry development is from low to high in South Central, East, North and Northeast of China.The Northeast and Central South of China show a gradually increasing and U-shaped dual threshold effect.North and East of China show a U-shaped single threshold effect.Based on the above conclusions, corresponding policy recommendations are put forward in terms of grasping industrial development opportunities, promoting coordinated regional development, and dynamically adjusting the development process.
