摘要
民族传统体育文化对外交流的质量,径直关联中国国家文化软实力的建设和体育国际话语权的提升。实现民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流的关键,在于精准把握高质量交流要素,并将其做大、做强。本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,研究民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流要素差距的呈现,旨在审视民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流要素差距成因,进而提出民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流要素的措施。研究表明:1)民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流要素是交流主体、交流方式、交流内容和交流媒介。2)民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流呈现出"单一"与"多元"交流主体要素差距、"粗放"与"精细"交流方式要素差距、"单薄"与"深层"交流内容要素差距以及"传统"与"现代"交流媒介要素差距。3)民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流要素差距成因:"和合"与"暴力"中西方体育文化观不敢苟同,民族传统体育文化"硬实力""软实力"的认知模糊不清,民族传统体育文化国际认可度偏低且未建构优势话语权,民族传统体育因现代交流媒体应用不畅而隐性交流匮乏。措施:1)构建民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流多元化主体要素;2)整合多样化的民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流内容要素;3)塑造优质化的民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流品牌要素;4)"互联网+"重塑民族传统体育文化对外高质量交流媒介要素。
Whether the national traditional sports culture is of high quality or not is directly related to the construction of China’s national cultural soft power and the improvement of its international discourse power in sports.The key to achieving high-quality communication of national traditional sports culture lies in accurately grasping high quality communication elements and make them bigger and stronger.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper studies the presentation of the gap of high-quality communication elements of national traditional sports culture, aiming at examining the causes of the gap of high-quality communication elements of national traditional sports culture, and putting forward measures for high-quality communication elements of national traditional sports culture.The research shows that: 1) The elements of high-quality communication of national traditional sports culture are communication subjects, communication methods, communication contents and communication media.2) The external high-quality communication of traditional national sports culture presents a gap between “single” and “multiple” main elements of communication, a gap between “extensive” and “fine” communication methods, a gap between “thin” and “deep” communication content elements, and a gap between “traditional” and “modern” communication media elements.3) The causes of the gap between the elements of high-quality external communication of national traditional sports culture are as follows: Chinese and Western sports culture views do not agree with each other so far as “harmony” and “violence” are concerned.The perception of “hard power” and “soft power” of national traditional sports culture is vague.The low international recognition of national traditional sports culture has not established a strong discourse power, and lack of implicit communication due to the poor use of modern communication media in national traditional sports.Measures are as follows: 1) to construct diversified main elements of high-quality external communication of national traditional sports culture;2) to integrate diversified content elements of high-quality external communication of national traditional sports culture;3) to create fine brand elements of high-quality external communication of national traditional sports culture;4) to reshape media elements of high-quality external communication of national traditional sports culture through “Internet+”.
