社会学人才在乡村社会发展中的角色扮演及其培育路径构建研究

Research on the Role of Sociological Talents in Rural Social Development and the Construction of Cultivating Path

中国传统社会以乡村社会为主体,历经乡土性流变后的乡村社会相较于城市呈现出显著的衰落之势。新时代下践行乡村发展与振兴是实现城乡统筹发展的核心,而人才是其根本,社会学人才属性契合于乡村社会发展并能扮演重要角色。然而社会学人才培养过程中存在理论与实践脱嵌、助力乡村发展意识尚浅、就业认同等问题。为解决以上问题并构建完善的社会学人才服务乡村社会发展的培育路径,应该侧重理论与实践并重、培养就业自信、增强服务乡村意识、构建政府与社会多元的人才服务支持系统等。

The traditional Chinese society is dominated by the rural society.After the rural change,the rural society has shown a significant decline compared with the urban society.In the new era,the practice of rural development and revitalization is the core to achieve the overall development of urban and rural areas,and talents are the root of it.The attribute of sociological talents corresponds to the development of rural society and can play an important role.However,there are some problems in the process of cultivating sociological talents,such as disintegration of theory and practice,lack of awareness of helping rural development,and employment identity.In order to solve the above problems and construct a perfect training path for sociological talents to serve rural social development,we should lay emphasis on both theory and practice,cultivate employment confidence,enhance the awareness of serving rural areas,and construct a diversified talent service and support system for government and society.
