摘要
由于Inconel 783镍基合金螺栓结构复杂,对该类螺栓所适用的超声检测工艺进行分析和探讨,可根据螺栓的外观尺寸、晶粒度大小、声速影响等选用合适的超声检测方法,能有效提升螺栓裂纹等危害性缺陷的检测能力。
As the structure of Inconel 783 Ni-based alloy bolts is complex,analyses and discussions are done on the ultrasonic testing technologies applicable to such bolts.It is thought necessary to adopt suitable ultrasonic testing processes according to the geometric size,grain size and the change of sound velocity of bolts,which is expected to improve the testing capabilities in detecting harmful faults like bolt cracks.
