摘要 鉴于220kV升压站改造项目涉及间隔多、工作量大、作业面广、风险高的特点,以某条220kV线路开关间隔改造工作为例,从施工前、施工期及验收期3个维度全面探讨和分析220kV升压站改造施工中存在的不安全因素、安全风险,并提出风险防范管控措施建议,为日后其他升压站开关间隔改造的实施与风险管控提供参考。 In allusion to the characteristics of a thermal power plant's 220kV booster station renovation project involving multiple cabinets,large workloads,wide range of operations and high risks,taking the renovation work of a 220kV line’s switch cabinets as an example,comprehensive studies and analyses are made on the safety factors and safety risks existing in the construction of the 220kV booster station in the three dimensions of preconstruction,construction period and acceptance period,and proposals are made on risk prevention and control measures so as to offer reference for the implementation and risk control in the other switch cabinet renovations of such booster stations.
