On the Historical Materialist Basis of the Concept of“Community of Shared Future for Mankind”

当前,“人类命运共同体”理念正在广泛而深刻地影响着全球发展和全球治理的格局,因而从理论上系统阐释该理念也就成为当代马克思主义研究的重大理论任务。面对相关研究派别对这项任务的主观化牵引以及在传统唯物史观框架中整体安置“人类命运共同体”理念公共性逻辑的理论困难,我们需要深度阐明“唯物史观何以构成‘人类命运共同体’理念的哲学基础”“如何以唯物史观阐释‘人类命运共同体’理念”等重大基础性问题。“人类命运共同体”理念之所以在整体上与唯物史观相一致,是因为后者在批判形形色色的虚幻公共性的同时,也内在地蕴含着客观的、辩证的、历史的公共性逻辑。换言之,公共性逻辑是唯物史观的一个基本维度,唯物史观的公共性逻辑在整体上构成了“人类命运共同体”理念的哲学基础。在马克思主义所指明的历史时代,以唯物史观阐释“人类命运共同体”理念必然指向对资本主义生产方式的历史性分析,通过准确把握资本主义生产方式的当代坐标、当代危机与当代创新,我们可以对“何谓人类命运共同体”“构建人类命运共同体何以必要”“构建人类命运共同体何以可能”等前提性问题做出符合当代世界历史发展现实的深度解答。

At present,the concept of“community of shared future for mankind”is widely and profoundly affecting the pattern of global development and global governance,and thus its systematic theoretical interpretation has become a major theoretical task for contemporary Marxist studies.Faced with the subjective traction by different research diagrams and the theoretical difficulties of placing the public logic of the concept of“community of shared future for mankind”in the framework of traditional historical materialism,we urgently need to clarify in depth the important and fundamental problems such as“how the materialistic view of history constitutes the philosophical basis of the concept of‘community of shared future for mankind’”,and“how to use the materialistic view of history to interpret the concept of‘community of shared future for mankind’”.The reason why the concept of“community of shared future for mankind”is consistent with historical materialism on the whole is that the latter,while criticizing all kinds of illusory publicness,also contains the objective,dialectical and historical logic of publicity.In other words,the logic of publicity is a basic dimension of historical materialism,which constitutes the philosophical basis of the concept of“community of shared future for mankind”as a whole.In the historical era indicated by Marxism,the interpretation of the concept of“community of shared future for mankind”by historical materialism necessarily points to the historical analysis of the capitalist mode of production.By accurately grasping the contemporary coordinate,contemporary crisis and contemporary innovation of the capitalist mode of production,we can provide in-depth answers to such leading questions as“what is the‘community with a shared future for mankind’”,“why is it necessary to build the‘community with a shared future for mankind’”and“why is it possible to build the‘community with a shared future for mankind’”,which are in line with the reality of contemporary world history.
