高职院校面点工艺产教融合人才培养模式研究

摘要 产教融合是中国高等职业教育实现机制、体制改革的一项重要措施,同时更是促进高职院校更好发展的重要路径。产教融合的深化应建立多样办学体制,坚持以需求作为人才培养模式的主要导向,从而达到产业和教育之间的统筹融合。文章阐述了产教融合的主要优势,简析了面点工艺形成产教融合人才培养模式的主要原因,在此基础上提出了高职院校创新面点工艺专业产教融合人才培养模式的相关路径。 The integration of industry and education is not only an important measure to realize the mechanism and system reform of Higher Vocational Education in China,but also an important path to promote the better development of higher vocational colleges.In order to deepen the integration of industry and education,we should establish a diversified school running system and adhere to the demand as the main guidance of talent training mode,so as to achieve the overall integration between industry and education.In this regard,under the background of industry education integration,this paper first expounds the main advantages of industry education integration,then briefly analyzes the main reasons for the formation of industry education integration talent training mode of pastry technology,and puts forward the relevant paths for higher vocational colleges to innovate the industry education integration talent training mode of pastry technology specialty.
