新产教融合背景下高校粮食工程人才培养的困境与纾困建议

Difficulties and Solutions of Food Engineering Talents Training in Universities under the Background of the Integration of New Production and Education

粮食安全关系到国家安全,粮食人才培养对于服务国家粮食安全战略、促进国家粮食产业高质量和高水平发展具有重要战略意义。文章在阐述新产教融合内涵和价值的基础上,分析认为当前高校粮食工程专业人才培养过程中存在制度保障机制不健全、企业参与驱动力不强以及高校人才培养目标不清晰等困境,并针对性提出了健全新产教融合人才培养机制、深化企业经营性目标与人才培养融合以及树立正确高校粮食工程专业人才培养理念等政策建议。

Food security is related to national security.The cultivation of food talents has important strategic significance for serving the national food security strategy and promoting the high quality and high level development of the national food industry.On the basis of expounding the connotation and value of the integration of new production and education,this paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the current training process of food engineering talents in colleges and universities,such as imperfect system guarantee mechanism,weak driving force of enterprises'participation and unclear training objectives.Moreover,some policy suggestions were put forward to improve the talent training mechanism of the integration of new production and education,to deepen the integration of enterprise business objectives and talent training,and to establish the correct concept of talent training for grain engineering specialty in colleges and universities.
