养老院建筑室内空间的情感关怀设计影响

Influence of Affective Care Design in Residential Space of Nursing Home

通过探寻空间环境中老人感知行为的分析,为探究建筑空间针对老人使用者空间环境设计的相关特点;关怀性设计受到老人使用者的因素影响以及老年使用者建筑空间内活动需求的满足同室内环境的设计因素进行了相关研究。主要研究对象为甘肃省兰州市养老院的老年群体,采用养老院建筑室内空间适应性问卷和室内智能化设备的相关适应度量表作为研究工具,对186名老年人进行问卷调查。结合访谈形式,针对老人的听觉、触觉、嗅觉等感知途径,结合老人的身心特点,将"情感化设计"和无障碍设计、人性化设计与关怀理念相结合,运用到老人居住空间内部环境的设计中。通过关怀性设计理念,结合老人审美需求和情感需求,优化建筑室内空间设计,能一定程度上影响老年人对养老院建筑室内空间的适应性和关怀性。

Through the analysis of the perception behavior of the elderly in the spatial environment,this paper aims to explore the relevant characteristics of the spatial environment design of architectural space for the elderly users. Caring design is influenced by the factors of the elderly users and the activities needs of the elderly users in the building space. The main research object is the elderly group of the nurs-ing home in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province. 186 elderly people were investigated by using the question-naire on the adaptability of the indoor space of the nursing home and the relevant adaptive measurement table of the indoor intelligent equipment as the research tools. Combined with the interview form and the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,the combination of emotional design,barrier free de-sign,humanized design and care concept is applied to the living space design of the internal environment of the elderly through the sensory channels of the elderly in aspects of auditory,tactile,and olfactory expe-rience. Based on the concept of caring design,the optimization of the building interior space design in combine with the aesthetic needs and emotional needs of the elderly can have an impact on the adaptabili-ty and caring of the elderly to the interior space of the nursing home to a certain extent.
