“双循环”背景下新疆与巴基斯坦贸易互补性分析

Analysis on the complementarity of trade between Xinjiang and Pakistan under the background of“double cycle”

形成“双循环”新发展格局,是党中央根据当前情况应对新冠肺炎疫情可能导致的供应链产业链断链风险,着眼长远规避中美贸易摩擦做出的全新部署。新疆对外开放程度较低、经济发展相对落后,要进一步扩大对外经济贸易和畅通国际循环,这是构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的前提。作为“中巴经济走廊”中方对巴基斯坦开放的门户,新疆与巴基斯坦的贸易发展更应受到重视。本文运用贸易结合度及显示性比较优势指数,分析了新疆与巴基斯坦之间的贸易互补性。结果显示:新疆与巴基斯坦有着密切的贸易关系;两地商品互补性较强,双边贸易发展潜力较大。

The formation of a new development pattern of“double cycle”is a new deployment made by the CPC Central Committee according to the current situation to deal with the risk of supply chain chain breakage caused by COVID-19 epidemic and to avoid the risk of China-US decoupling caused by China-US trade friction in the long term.Xinjiang has a low degree of openness and relatively backward economic development,so it needs to further expand foreign economic and trade and unimpeded international circulation,which is the prerequisite for building a new development pattern in which both domestic and international circulation promote each other.As the gateway of“China-Pakistan Economic Corridor”,the trade development between Xinjiang and Pakistan should be paid more attention.This paper analyzes the trade complementarity between Xinjiang and Pakistan by using trade integration degree and revealed comparative advantage index.The results show that Xinjiang has a close trade relationship with Pakistan.The commodities of the two countries are highly complementary and bilateral trade has great potential for development.
