西宁市“地摊经济”发展现状及管理对策

Research on the Development Status and Management Countermeasures of the“Street Market Economy”in Xining City,Qinghai Province

“地摊经济”是一种颇具争议的经济形式,它在产生负外部效应的同时,又能为社会带来许多收益,其中很大一方面体现在促进就业上。为了更好地发挥“地摊经济”的正面作用,实现其可持续发展,本文以青海省西宁市五区二县的摊贩作为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,并通过差异性分析、相关性分析以及因子分析研究影响地摊收入的因素。结果表明:性别、学历对地摊收入造成显著差异;摆摊时长、学历、单价、前期投入对于地摊收入有显著的影响。最后根据研究结果,从政府层面和摊贩层面提出针对性的建议,以促进“地摊经济”的健康、可持续发展。

“Street Market economy”is a controversial economic formWhileproducing negative external effects,it can also bring many benefits to the society.A large part of it is embodied in the promotion of employment.In order to better play the positive role of the“street stall economy”and achieve its sustainable development,this article takes the vendors in the five districts and two counties of Xining City,Qinghai Province as the research object,conducts a questionnaire survey on them,and conducts a difference analysis,correlation analysis and Factor analysis studies the factors that affect the income from the land share.The results show that gender and educational background have a significant difference on the income of the stall;the length of stalling,education,unit price,and initial investment have a significant impact on the income of the stall.Finally,according to the results of the research,targeted suggestions are put forward from the government level and the vendor level to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the“market stall economy”.
