高质量发展视角下家电制造业转型升级路径分析——以小熊电器为例

我国家电行业发展已进入成熟期,美格海三足鼎立局势已经形成,而以小熊电器为首的小家电在疫情期间逆势增长,突出重围,取得了亮眼的成绩。现以小熊电器为例,通过案例聚焦的方法,分析小熊电器的发展现状及核心竞争力,研究家电制造业转型升级的路径,对于家电行业高质量发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。具体为:通过提高劳动者素质,增强柔性制造产能;加速数字化转型,实现双线融合模式;聚焦家电市场需求,打开市场新空间;提升自主研发实力,创新经营管理模式。如此,有利于家电制造业突破现有瓶颈,推动产业高质量发展。

The development of China's home appliance industry has entered a mature period,and the situation of tripartite confrontation between meigehai and meigehai has been formed,while the small home appliances led by Xiaoxiong electrical appliances have been growing against the trend during the epidemic period,highlighting the encirclement,and made remarkable achievements.This paper takes Xiaoxiong electrical appliances as an example,through the method of case analysis,analyzes the development status and core competitiveness of Xiaoxiong electrical appliances,and studies the path analysis of transformation and upgrading of household electrical appliances manufacturing industry,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the high-quality development of household electrical appliances industry.The paper believes that by improving the quality of workers,enhancing the flexible manufacturing capacity;accelerating the digital transformation,realizing the dual line integration mode;focusing on the market demand of home appliances,opening up new market space;enhancing the strength of independent research and development,and innovating the operation and management mode,the home appliance manufacturing industry can break through the existing bottleneck and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
