摘要
新疆某白云母矿属于伟晶岩矿石,矿石中云母含量(质量分数)63%左右,云母片径较大。通过手选、形状选、重选、浮选联合流程逐级回收矿石中不同粒径的云母精矿,尽可能保护大片云母。手选、形状选工艺获得各级别云母精矿产率37.57%,云母含量大于99%,重选-浮选工艺获得碎云母精矿产率12.26%,云母含量大于90%,云母总回收率76%。
A certain muscovite mine in Xinjiang belongs to pegmatite ore.The mica content in the ore is about 63%,and the mica flakes are relatively large in diameter.In the experiment,the mica concentrates of different particle sizes in the ore were recovered step by step through the combined process of hand selection,shape selection,gravity separation and flotation,so as to protect large pieces of mica as much as possible.The yield of mica concentrate with mica content above than 99%was 37.57%by hand selection and shape selection process.The yield of mica concentrate with mica content above than 90%was 12.26%by gravity separation and flotation process.The total recovery rate of mica was 76%.
