血清2019-nCoV IgM、IgG抗体阳性与其相关性分析

Serum 2019-nCoV IgM and IgG antibody positive and its correlation analysis

目的:分析血清2019-nCoV IgM、IgG抗体阳性与其相关性。方法:本次研究收集2020年3月9日~4月22日收治我院采用新型冠状病毒2019-nCoV抗体检测试剂盒(胶体金法)进行检测IgM和IgG抗体的患者共699人。结果:本次研究共检测了699人,IgM检测阳性率为1.89%;IgG检测阳性率为0.199%。研究结果显示,同一民族的不同性别间、同一性别的不同民族间患者的血清2019-nCoV IgM表达无统计学意义,不同性别间的阳性率及不同民族间阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清2019-nCoV IgM抗体检测阳性组白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数、血小板、血小板压积、血小板分布宽度、C-反应蛋白高于阴性组,而血清2019-nCoV IgM抗体检测阳性组淋巴细胞百分比、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积低于阴性组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清学检测有简便、快捷、经济的优点。特异性抗体阳性可以提示临床需对这些患者核酸检测样本的采样更加关注,此时需考虑进一步复查核酸检测。

Objective:To analyze serum 2019-nCoV IgM and IgG antibody positive and its correlation.Methods:A total of 699 patients were admitted to our hospital and tested IgMand IgG antibodies with novel coronavirus 2019 antibody detection kit(colloidal gold method)in this study.Results:A total of 699 people were tested in this study,and the positive rate of IgM detection was 1.89%,the positive rate of IgG detection was 0.199%.The results showed that serum 2019-ncov IgM expression in patients of the same nationality with different genders and different nationalities of the same gender showed no statistically significant difference in the positive rates between different genders and different nationalities(P>0.05).2019-nCoV serum IgM antibody testing positive group of WBC,neutrophil percentage,neutrophil count,mononuclear cell count,platelet and platelet deposited,platelet distribution width,C-reactive protein equivalent higher than negative group,and 2019-nCoV serum IgM antibody testing positive lymphocytes percentage,basophils percentage,RBC,hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited equivalent amount is lower than the negative group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serological detection has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and economy.Positive specific antibodies may indicate that clinical attention should be paid to the sampling of nucleic acid test samples from these patients,and further review of nucleic acid test should be considered at this point.
