摘要
基于二元创新理论和团队信息处理理论,本研究旨在探究领导二元行为对团队绩效的影响的内部作用机制。以3家科技和医药企业的70个研发团队为样本,通过反应面分析和路径分析的方法进行统计检验。研究结果表明,团队认知动机间接中介团队领导二元行为与团队绩效的关系;当团队领导二元行为探索与利用强度不一致时,高探索低利用的行为组合更容易激发团队认知行为。
Based on ambidexterity theory and MIP-G model, this study explores the mechanism of how leaders’ ambidexterity on team performance. With a sample of 70 teams in 2 high-tech firms and 1 pharm, the study conducted response surface methodology and path analysis to test theoretical model. The results showed that team epistemic motivation mediates the relations between leaders’ ambidexterity and team performance. And when the strength of exploration and exploitation of leader ambidexterity is incongruence, team epistemic was easier to be activated by team leader’s ambidexterity with high exploration and low exploitation.
